Instruction in accordance with the rules of the DGUV principle 308.008 of the German statutory accident insurance (DGUV). It defines the basic requirements and recommendations for the safe operation of aerial work platforms, cranes and lifting platformsystems.
The applicable regulation includes regulations for the construction, maintenance and inspection of these devices as well as for the training and qualification of the operators. It also describes the necessary protective measures for the operation of aerial work platforms, industrial trucks and crane systems, including the use of protective devices and personal protective equipment.
