We advise you
for the implementation of a quality assurance system according to the regulations by aviation authorities and create the necessary concepts according to your individual organizational requirements.

We develop
a quality management procedure, conduct a conformity and applicability check and, if required, implement the new processes into your existing quality management system for you. Existing procedures will be adapted and optimized according to your guidelines or, if required, newly created. For procedures that need to be approved by the German federal aviation administration ATCC takes care of the request for approval.

Foreign personnel, pre-qualified according to EASA requirements, are further trained in Germany in your approved Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Organization (MRO) according to the regulations for Certifying Staff Cat-A. For this purpose, we cooperate with approved EASA Part-147 training organizations abroad.

We assist you prepare aircraft valuation reports and execution of audits

Approval by the German federal aviation administration as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)

EASA Annex 1 (Part M) defines measures to continue the airworthiness. These regulatory requirements for airworthiness need to be fulfilled and a safe operation needs to be ensured.  In order to be recognized as a continuing airworthiness organization, EASA Part-M has applied to commercial aircraft maintenance organizations since September 2005.

From this moment on aviation companies can acquire their own approval as a CAMO in accordance with EASA Part-M Subsection G of Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014.

We prepare your organization for the regulatory approval, such as:

  • Creation of a Continuing Airworthiness Management exposé  (CAME) according to Part-M Section G and acquiring and obtaining the approval from the German federal aviation administration
  • Training of the personnel for the inspection of the airworthiness according to EASA Part-M Section G of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014
  • Preparation and examination of the intended personnel, as required by EASA Part-M Section G
  • In alignment with the German federal aviation administration, creation and execution of
    • for the approved personnel for inspection of the airworthiness, including required continuous updates such as:aviation legislative procedures, processes and aircraft manufacturers requirements

Continuing airworthiness / Requirements for the airworthiness and maintenance
For aircrafts that are used in commercial transportation of passengers and freights, the operator is responsible for the continuing airworthiness. The operator, if approved as an EASA Annex 2 (Part-145) maintenance organization, is allowed to execute the required work itself. Alternatively, an approved third-party organization can be ordered, a so-called CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation).
